King of rap and singer-songwriters Usher and Rich the Kid have been attacked outside a Westlake Hollywood recording studio.
Multiples shots, as many as 10, were fired during the incident. Witnesses say the attacker was escaping the studio by foot with a lot of stolen cash and jewelry when he fired the shots behind him. Usher Raymond was inside the studio when the attack unfolded but did not suffer any injuries, while Rich the Kid, was outside the studio during the incident. Several members of their entourage were hurt in the attack, with at least one bodyguard suffering from injuries after being badly pistol whipped.
Hours before the attack, Rich the Kid posted an image of himself holding multiple stacks of cash to Instagram, captioning it “for motivational purposes only.” Maybe his post could have attracted the attackers to go after the cash.

Westlake has been a recording studio for the likes of Justin Bieber, Michael Jackson, Rihanna, Shakira, Madonna, Justin Timberlake and Quincy Jones in recent years.
