Through this business, Wangui made enormous profits which she directed towards opening a wines and spirits shop that attended to the ‘thirst’ of motorists along Kiambu Road.

In fact, one of her customers recalls interacting with Wangui, stating that she was just like your every other ordinary Kenyan who was out on the streets eking out a living.

Initially, Wangui had enrolled her son to a private expensive school in Gatundu. Nevertheless, because of all the help she was providing her family with, no one bothered to question where her massive influx of money was coming from.

As a matter of fact, her mother is confident that her daughter does not have the resolve to murder anyone because she had been raised the Christian way.

Nonetheless, Ms Wangui attended Gikure Primary School but did not go beyond Class Eight.

On the other hand, some of her close friends have claimed that Judy had enrolled in an IT-related course in the university, but was unable to complete the course and dropped out in the second year.
