‘Dreams are Valid’ Lupita Nyong’o’s brother to makes acting debut in the US

Celebrated actress Lupita Nyong’o will no longer be the only star in the family to make it to the American Hall of fame as her brother Peter Junior Nyong’o is set to follow in her footsteps. Despite genuinely being interested in theatre from a young age and actually studying the art in school, Junior has made headlines in Kenya for a completely different reason – his dressing.

Like famous Machachari actor Almasi who also resides in the states, Junior also chooses to express himself differently using his attire. Many have however pointed out a strange vibe in the manner in which he chooses to make a fashion statement but he has always remained unmoved

. Speaking on the daunting role of Hamlet which is traditionally taken up by a much more experienced actor, Junior maintained it was a challenge he was willing to tackle since the role was very relatable. “Very early on, when I was trying to prepare for the role by reading the text and breaking down the language, it dawned on me that when all is said and done, he’s a man just like I am, going through things that everyone can relate to: heartbreak, betrayal, loss, the yearning of a relationship,” he told Orlando Weekly.

Meanwhile, Junior’s sister Lupita is already making a killing from her first horror stint where she stars in the movie titled Us.
