The Little Ride cab services on Tuesday launched their Little Shuttle buses, that have begun operating within Nairobi.
The newest addition to the city shuttles promise the ideal mass transport, with cleanliness, safety and without hassle.
“At the press of a button, you can book a Shuttle. A Shuttle that is clean and safe, a Shuttle without hassle, exactly how an ideal mass transport should be,” read a statement by CEO Kamal Budhabhatti.

The shuttles have launched with a bang, offering free rides for the rest of February.
“In this month of Love, we want to win your heart. So, we have decided that you can hop in and out of any Little Shuttle completely Free throughout February,” added the statement.
Kenyans, especially those who were able to catch the free ride have expressed their delight in the Little Shuttles.

The shuttles currently cover three routes:
Apple Route: from Kahawa Sukari To Westlands and back.
Avacado Route: from BOMAS > Upperhill > CBD and back and
Lemon Route: from Kinoo to South B and back.
This is part of an oncoming overhaul in Kenya’s transport sector. Nairobi is expected to implement car-free days in the CBD. At the same time, President Uhuru Kenyatta intends to acquire Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) for the country which will call for special lanes dedicated to the said buses.
