The music industry faced a big blow after the sudden death of Ugandan singer Mowzey Radio,one year later his family is reportedly living in abject poverty.
The singer’s mother Ms. Jane Kasubo said that the family has been forced to stop all projects and pull the children out of school.
Mowzey was the sole bread winner of his family and his death was largely felt by the family.
“This is not the only thing that has come to a standstill in this family following the death of my son. Many of the siblings and cousins that he was helping in school and university have since stopped studying and are now seated at home. We have no money and I don’t know how we are going to be helped out of this situation,” said Kasubo
Mowzey Radio died 1st of February 2018 at the Case Medical Centre, Kampala head injuries during a bar brawl at De Bar club, Entebbe.
