A few days ago, Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi won the case involving the land in which Deputy President William Ruto’s Weston Hotel stands.
In case that he represented the hotel, the National Land Commission reached a decision that the hotel stands on a public land but was not going top be demolished, instead the owner has to compensate the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority.
Today Wednesday, Ahmednasir has again secured the election of Embu governor Martin Wambora whose election has been upheld by the supreme Court.

While expressing his excitement, Governor Wambora thanked God for ensuring that he remains to where he belongs.
“We thank the Almighty God for making us sit where we are right now,”he noted in his remarks.
The Court ruled that Lenny Kivuti’s petition lacks merit.
