With the development projects that are currently running under Governor’s Sonko’s administration, the city will experience great economic growth.

Governor  Mike Sonko who is currently in London said that the projects have to run even in his absence.

The Governor had promised the residents a paradise saying that under his governance, the good of the people will always come first.

Earlier today, Sonko’s  County Engineers were together with Area MCA Hon Karani at Embakasi East constructing 3 roads.

One is Utawala-Bernedita Kincar-Githunguri road which will be the main road Linking Utawala Ring road which is under construction my government is also digging Utawala Community borehole and we have Proposed Utawala Fagilia ground borehole which will be used to facilitate a free flow of water to the Utawala community.

The roads above will have a proper drainage system, Public walkway Street lightning to facilitate a 24/7 hour economy.

This will boost the businesses of individuals and equally improve living standards.

Although these are simply pictures of roads, as compared to other regions in the country, this is the best that  it can get.

Back where I come from, in Kilifi county, some of the roads in the interior  regions are in bad shape and this hinders the general development of the county.

Among the completed projects are more than 15 roads which include the rehabilitation of Lumumba Drive in Roysambu which is about a kilometer, construction of Access to Maji Mazuri in clay city Kasarani which is 1.2 kilometers, construction of Bishop Ireri Road in Kasarani which is a 1.1 kilometer stretch, about 0.8 kilometers of Kahuho Road was rehabilitated in Waithaka-Riruta, Dagoretti South as well as construction of Muthoira Road in Kabiro in Dagoretti North among many others.
