Following claims that the vehicle that was used in the Dusit Attack that left almost 21 people dead and others still nursing wounds had the same number plate with another vehicle in Kitengera, investigations have opened up in the matter with the Authority in a fact finding mission launched at the NTSA headquarters in Upper hill Nairobi today.
THE NTSA HQs in Nairobi have been sealed off by a multi-agency police unit. Civilians have been asked to leave. Staff have been ordered to remain inside.
Questions have been asked about the car involved int the Dusit attack and answers shall be found.

The Anti-terrorism Police Unit (ATPU) cordoned off the NTSA headquarters in Upper hill Nairobi in an operation that saw some officials bundled off including the authority’s big dogs who are held in a curtail of issuance of fake number plates which has been termed as double registration in recent days.
This has held the National Transport and Safety Authority in a spot light ever since the Dusit attack that rocked riverside drive a couple of weeks ago. Questions regarding the matter have met mixed reactions where people who had lined up at the Authority’s headquarters seeking services were ordered to vacate the premises.

It’s not yet clear whether the allegations are true, whether the double vehicle registration problem is with in the authority or cooked from out side.
