European Moneybags set to hire Mourinho

Former Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho could replace Thomas Tuchel as the head coach at Paris Saint Germain in the summer.

According to reports, Mourinho would replace Tuchel mainly due to the fact that the German boss has struggled tactically. The Guardian reports that the Portuguese met with Nasser Al-Khelaifi, PSG’s president to discuss his possible involvement with Les Parisiens next season.

Mourinho, who is currently working for beIN Sports in Qatar admitted he’s ‘searching for a true challenge’ to start his managerial career once again. The 55-year-old revealed he has already turned down three job offers.

“I refused already three options because I didn’t feel it is what I want. I am going to be calm. The more time I have, the better I prepare. I prepared myself from February to June (in 2008) for the Inter Milan job,” said Mourinho.

“In four months I learned the language, I studied the club, opponents, and league. The time I am without a job I feel prepare myself for the next. But that must be something that makes me really happy with the challenge,” he added.
