Police are looking for Bahati MP Kimani Ngunjiri after launching ‘mshenzi’ (fool) movement in reaction to President Uhuru Kenyatta’s utterances on Monday.

Police have been put in strategic areas awaiting to arrest him after he was spotted with a T-shirt written ‘mshenzi’. The MP walked from Railways grounds to the CBD in Nakuru town donned in a white T-Shirt printed ‘TeamWashenzi’ accompanied by his supporters.

According to reports, the MP fled through Kokeb’s hotel’s back gate where he was addressing a group of youth. Nakuru County Police Commander Hassan Barua and the area OCPD Samuel Obara have launched a man-hunt for the legislator.

We understand that a contingent of police in at least four land cruisers have been deployed to make sure that the outspoken MP is arrested.
