Uhuru’s last Sunday message to Kenyans

President Uhuru Kenyatta today joined Christians in Mombasa for a Sunday Mass at St. Francis of Asisi Catholic Church in Nyali.

The President had a special message to Kenyans as they celebrate the last Sunday of the Year 2018.

The President urged Christians to continue praying for peace and national unity as they are the core values that are relevant in steering the national development of a country.

The President Uhuru also advised the citizens to learn to respect one another as it is important for peaceful co-existence between different people from different walks of life. He added that respect will make Kenya a great nation.

“We are all after one family called the Kenyan people and the Kenyan nation.We must learn to work together to develop our nation.”

The President was accompanied by the First lady Margaret Kenyatta on the festive holiday period which they chose to spend it in Mombasa.
