The Supreme Court of Kenya has today reinstated Dr Alfred Mutua as the Governor of Machakos County and asked Wavinya Ndeti to pay all costs of the case
Following Wavinya’s loss KOT have revealed that they never expected Ms Ndeti to win the case against Governor Alfred Mutua.
One twitter user expressed that expectations of Wavinya winning by anyone was too much optimism because justice in Kenyan courts is impossible. He advised that Ms Ndeti should have played dirty too.
Someone expected the Supreme Court to nullify Alfred Mutua’s election. That’s too much optimism. You can’t get justice in Kenyan courts. We know the Machakos elections were not free, the governor is a fraud. But Wavinya Ndeti should’ve played dirty too. pic.twitter.com/tf9gXZAjHT

Other users expressed how ODM party members cheated Wavinya Ndeti to go ahead with the petition only to abandon her on the way. They pitied her because now she will have to foot the bills alone after the case failed.
So ODM cheated Wavinya Ndeti to spend all the way to Supreme Court, in fake believe that she’ll topple Gov Alfred Mutua.
Even Raila forgot her and other NASA orphans the moment he secured a job in AU through Jubilee.
Hope this will help the lady know people.— jkkoros™ (@jkkoros) December 21, 2018
Do you agree that Nasa fooled Wavinya Ndeti
The nasa wave was quite deceiving. Wavinya ndeti was lied to. She will have to foot unnecessary bills. Dr Alfred Mutua triumphs again in the Machakos contest. Good job from the Supreme Court.

After the Supreme Court decision, Ms Ndeti issued a statement and said that the election did not meet the standards of verifiability as required by law.
“I continue to believe the elections of Machakos County did not meet the standards of verifiability, transparency and credibility. The Court of Appeal delivered a fair judgment on June 8. While I respect the Supreme Court’s decision, I maintain that my opponent was not validly elected and he has continued to force himself on the people of Machakos,” said Ms Ndeti.
