President Uhuru Kenyatta on Wednesday attended the Jamhuri Day celebrations wearing his ceremonial uniform as Commander in Chief.

He emerged at Nyayo stadium wearing a bedecked red tunic, black trousers and the sword of power tucked on his side.
Later on the dais, President Kenyatta saluted First Lady Margaret Kenyatta, Deputy President William Ruto, Nasa leader Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka.
