Juventus Sporting Director, Fabio Paratici has confirmed that the club has considered the possibility of resigning Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.
Pogba’s struggles with Manchester United have been well documented this season with the latest coming from comments reportedly uttered by Jose Mourinho after the 2-2 draw with Southampton, labeling him a ‘Virus’.
The two have also been reported to have had a burst up after the defeat to Derby County in the Carabao Cup with Pogba being stripped off his vice-captaincy role.
Paratici confirmed that Juventus have held talks of bringing Pogba back to the Turin based club after he left to reunite with Manchester United back in 2016, “A return? We have already discussed this many times. He’s a great player we’ve had before and are fond of, but now he plays for Manchester United.
“We are exploring the market, the president and Pavel Nedved, with the help of the coach (Massimiliano) Allegri.
“To improve the team we are always careful. We still have great players and we enjoy them. It will not be easy to always have so many strong ones.”
