The Big Break! Harambee Stars nominated for CAF Awards

 

Kenya National Mens Football team Harambee Stars have been nominated to battle for the Confederations of African Football Awards’s team of the year award.

Among other teams nominated included Guinea Bissau,  Madagascar,  Mauritania, Uganda and Zimbabwe.  Cameroon, Ghana, Mali,  Nigeria and South Africa  will battle for the womens award.

Corentin Martins (Mauritania),  Florent Ibenge (AS Vita & DR Congo), Juan Carlos Garrido (Raja Club Athletic), Moine Chaabani (Esperance),  Nicolas Dupuis (Madagascar), Patrice Carteron (Al Ahly),  Rachid Taoussi (ES Sétif),  Herve Renard (Morocco),  Aliou Cisse (Senegal),  Gernot Rohr (Nigeria) have been picked for the Male Coaches award with 34 players being picked for the African player award.
