Have seen Migori Governor Okoth Obado move around with Deputy President William Ruto? This looked like a way of seeking massive political support across the country. Could Obado have become Nyanz region’s Kingpin? Well, he has made various trips with the DP in his home County and recently in Nyeri, where they attended a memorial service for the late Nyeri Governor Dr Wahome Gakuru.
However, their relationship has been related with what Kenyans term as similar characters.
Activist Boniface Mwangi, who was responding to a post posted by Lawyer Donald Kipkorir, has spit wrath about the relationship of the duo.
Through his official twitter account, Bonface Mwangi posted,” Your friend, the DP is criminal number one. Accused of crimes against humanity, murder, rape and forceful displacement of people.He got away because witnesses were murdered, some threatened and others bribed. @DonaldBKipkorir let the thief, landgrabber walk with a fellow murderer.”
According to him, DP Ruto is criminal number one, who has been accused crimes against humanity, murder, rape and forceful displacement of people.

Donald Kipkorir had said that he had no problem with politicians of all shades including charlatans joining the bandwagon of his friend, the DP.
He added that his conscience was restless when Migori Governor Okoth Obado became one of the Principal Faces .
He said Obado is a man charged with Double Murder, Rape & Public Theft, which activist Boniface Mwangi terms the same accusations to those of DP Ruto, and says they deserve walking together.
