Obado is still haunted by Sharon’s ghost as state aligns more testifiers.

Seemingly Obado is still not off the hook in regard to the alleged brutal murder of his girl-friend Sharon and the unborn baby.

Obado was granted a five million bail last month after staying in the Industrial area remand prison for over a month. The court issued the  bail on grounds that the prosecution did not have enough evidence lined up against him.

He was given tough rules to live with which include:

  1. He cannot go over 20 km out of Migori County.
  2. He cannot cause an adjournment during the trial.
  3. He is to report to the deputy registrar once in a month.
  4. He cannot intimidate parents, siblings and any relations of Ms Sharon Otieno.
  5. He should refrain from discussing the deceased in any political gatherings.
  6. He should deposit all his travel documents in court, that is his Kenyan, East Africa and diplomatic passports.
  7. He should refrain from interfering or intimidating witnesses.

But it seemed the prosecution team has a new twist in the brutal murder of Sharon. The state has aligned 30 more people to testify against the governor of Migori county. The 30 are expected to bring up the bigger picture on how the murder was planned and even executed.

Sharon was a student at Rongo University. She was abducted in the company of Nation Journalist who jumped off the car and saved himself.

Obado was arrested along side Caspal Obiero and Michael Oyamo who were denied bail for the involvement of Sharon’s murder then left her body at Kodera forest.
