Is it only in Kenya where some politicians do not seem to understand the roles in the positions they hold? Well or maybe Kenyans are quick to judge even before looking into the bigger picture?
Perhaps with the perception of Kenyans that most of these politicians just landed on their jobs either out of luck or corrupt dealings; only a few, according to Kenyans know exactly what is expected from them and they deliver. The rest are a pure disappointment.
From Members of Parliament to Cabinet secretaries we have heard many complaints that some are sleeping on their jobs.
Kenyans today have raised brows after the Sports CS Echesa announced that he was monitoring KCPE exams.. for some reason Kenyans found it odd for him to jump into the education sector yet he still has a long way to go in his own Sports ministry which has been having major challenges that are not pleasing to Kenyans.
The Sports CS courageously shared his photos when he made this visit to one of the schools in Kakamega; which were not welcomed by tweeps have a look at the reactions..
When National Exams are administered congruously they give real useful information about student progress and curriculum implementation .

You need to understand your responsibilities as a Sport CS. I do not think one of your duties is to supervise national examinations.
