Have you ever wondered why if you go to shops you find many notes stuck on the window? Especially in butcheries?
This is not some form of interior design. These are usually notes made by people who think they are more than those who did monetary studies. That is not the case these are people who are re-designing their own survival techniques.
Fake money trends is a common thing currently in Kenya. Just few weeks ago a few Chinese foreigners were arrested with lots of fake money in the home in Westlands. They are not the only ones.
People all over Kenya have different means they use to make money and they have been doing for quite a long time. To them that is business.

They fake money they make it only takes a few people to notice because it is always an exact replica of the original money.
Although this fraud have been going on for quite a while the government is still struggling to come up with a solution to that.
If u have it on a serious note, just walk into your customer bank, in the forex section they will calculate & convert it to your local currency and hand you over the cash.

The fake notes have diffused into the Kenyan market. AllΒ the notes people have made their own cash and distributed in different places around the country.

People have expressed different opinions about the fake money that has infiltrated the Kenyan Markets. Some are even nabbed in possession of those currencies without their knowledge that it is fake.
Most silent conversations have been going around how the government should educate the citizens of Kenya to be cautious. The education on money will help them differentiate fake from real notes.

In terms of coins it is safe because the process of making a fake coin is hard plus the value of coins is low.
