Director of Public Prosecutions Noordin Haji has exposed three private Companies in connection with land fraudulency in the country.
In his press statement, Haji brought Kenyans to attention, cautioning them to be careful with companies identified as Makonza Society,Kamulu Self Help Group and Makonza South found in Mavoko Constituency, Machakos County.
“Members of the public are advised not to make any further payments nor engagement with any of these entities either by themselves, their agents and or proxies,” reads the statement.

The DPP has however, directed Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI) George Kinoti to move with quick action and arrest owners of the companies.
“I have directed the Director of Criminal Investigations to immediately commence investigations and ensure that the persons responsible for such illegal acts are promptly brought to justice.”
The statement urged Kenyans who have been extorted by the alleged companies to report to DCI and avail documents possible that may help in the investigations.
