Today a suspect linked to the murder of Monica was arrested by the police and questioned at Kilimani police station and is expected to be arraigned in court soon.
The suspect by the name Joe Irungu is a fiancee to Tv news anchor Jacque Maribe and websites are publishing stories with the news anchors name which Kenyans is inappropriate and unethical.
KOT strongly came out in her defense and faulted the sites that were bringing her name into the matter. So far what we know is that she is not involved.
The headlines should be on the suspect Joe Irungu and not on his fiancée Jacque Maribe.
Unless Jacque was involved in the murder of Monica Kimani, she should be left alone.

One Kenyan said that if a man is a criminal then he should carry his own cross. The media houses/ blogs seem to be doing this to add weight and have their stories sale yet they fail to realize how sensitive this issue is.
Funny how every media house/blog is referring Joe Irungu as Jacque Maribe’s fiance just to add weight on this Kilimani story. If mans is a criminal let him carry his own cross

“Dragging Maribe’s name into this is wicked”
They say that this ninja formed an alibi that got him shot the same day Monica Kimani was killed at kilimani. That has 2 be the lamest Alibi ever.
But I think dragging Jacque Maribe’s name 2 the ideal is wicked. Everybody is individually responsible 4 their decisions. #kilimani pic.twitter.com/wySgMyPVnR
