Nakuru County Deputy Speaker Samuel Tonui and four others were on Monday charged with promoting war-like activities over Njoro clashes and detained for three more days.
This has attracted reactions from Kenyans as they insist that nobody is above the law, citing that Tonui has to pay for the lives costed in the area following the clshes.

They have further compared the clashes to the time of Mau Mau war which they say has passed with time.
