Good News to Arsenal fans! Leno to make his debut soon

Arsenal manager Unai Emery has dropped a huge hint at summer signing, Bernd Leno finally making his first appearance in an Arsenal shirt since signing for The Gunners from German outfit Bayer Leverkusen.

Many fans have called for Leno to start in goal ahead of Petr Cech after the veteran pulled a number of errors which have gone unpunished in goal. Cech has struggled with the ball at his feet when Arsenal have tried to build play from the back.

Emery has hinted at Leno starting in the UEFA Europa League game against Ukraine outfit Vorskla, “Normally I will use a different keeper for this competition, but I’m thinking about the best performance. But I am only thinking about the best performance for Thursday. Every competition for me I have respect for and want to do the best for. Yes, normally we are going to change and use a lot of players for different competitions.”

The former PSG coach also explained Ramsey’s substitution in the 2-1 won over Newcastle United, “He played with the national team too much, today he played 80 minutes and he asked to change.”

Arsenal face Vorskla in the Europa League on Thursday 20th September at the Emirates Stadium in a 10 PM kick off.
