Multiple Award Winning Singer-Songwriter and African King of Dancehall; Swabri Mohammed aka Redsan, is a Kenyan reggae & ragga musician. He is well renowned ragga and dancehall artists in East Africa. His last hit album; was with Brick and Lace and ever since, pressure kept on mounting because his fans kept asking when he was doing another album. Due to the demand by his die hard fans, he decided to plan for this huge project.
On a live interview; on the trend, Redsan revealed that he has been working on the album for about 3 years.
” 3 years now; I’ve been quite but not silent, I have been doing the album underground” He said
The album was ready three weeks ago but was launched yesterday at a Carnivore night event. Some of the artist who graced the stage last night are Tiwa savage, Jamaican Dancehall/Reggae Superstar Demarco and Kaligraph jones.
Speaking during the interview on the trend Redsan mentioned that what his intention, with the baddest album launch was to introduce is the connection between the artists. He said that the connection is one of the things that African artists lack.
