Gladys Cherono emerges winner at the women’s race in Berlin in a course record of 2:18:11. She is now the 4th fastest woman in history behind Paula Radcliffe, Mary Keitany and Tirunesh Dibaba. Today marks the first race in history with three women finishing inside 2:19.
She also wins it for the 3rd time in her career as an athlete.
