Gor Mahia CEO Lordvick Aduda maintains the club is open to Kenneth Muguna’s return once the January-December window commences.

The central midfielder left Gor Mahia for Albanian side FK Tirana early this year but is currently a free agent after parting ways with Tirana in June 2018.

Reports have linked the 2016 Kenyan Premier League player of the year with a return to Gor and Aduda says he’s a player the club will consider once the transfer window opens.

“He is currently a free agent and he’s a player we can consider re-signing because he is a quality midfielder. The window is currently closed so we cannot claim that we’ve signed him,” he said.

On the team’s transfer business, Aduda said the management will bring in players the coach wants once he hands in a report detailing his transfer targets.
“We will wait for the coach’s report. He will advice us on the players he wants and we will do our part by acquiring these players,” he added.

Gor has already clinched the 2018 Kenyan Premier League title with six matches to spare.
