Cristiano Ronaldo’s joining Juventus is the summer transfer sensation. Many people are looking forward to his performance after the transfer.
But not everyone is optimistic about the Portuguese superstar. Bayern’s marketing director Wacker believes that Ronaldo will soon decline in form after joining Juventus.
“From a market perspective, this (the pen trade in Bayern) does not work. Maybe in other clubs, but not in us. Because we believe that the value of a football player’s own brand cannot exceed the brand value of a club.”

Previously, Wacker also questioned the C Ronaldo jersey selling more than 500,000 a day: “No. When you have traded with other clubs for many years and kept working with external stores, you will be very experienced in this area. You will know exactly how many jerseys a club has sold.”
“This number is absolutely impossible, it is impossible to reach 500,000.”
