Who has your club signed? Here is a list of all the Done Deals in the Premier League

With the Premier League’s transfer window closing prior to the opening day of the season, clubs have less time to prepare their teams and get their business done.

As a result, some have been extremely busy in the opening weeks of the window, looking to get ahead of their rivals while others are yet to conclude any serious business.

As July 1st has come and gone, and clubs’ pre-seasons started, the likes of Naby Keita and Fabinho have officially left their clubs to join Liverpool, as well as other deals being completed.

Below is a comprehensive list of all the ins and outs involving Premier League clubs so far this summer, including loan spells but not players released without a new team.

Bernd Leno

From: Bayer Leverkusen

To: Arsenal

Fee: £22m

Since the departure of Jens Lehmann, Arsenal have struggled in terms of their goalkeepers with Petr Cech a shadow of the man bought from Chelsea.

And the club have now looked to combat that with the signing of Bernd Leno from Bayer Leverkusen. The German played 304 times for Leverkusen during his time at the club, keeping 100 clean sheets in all competitions.

Stephan Lichtsteiner

From: Juventus

To: Arsenal

Following the departure of Arsene Wenger and arrival of Unai Emery, Arsenal were quick to look at some of their weaker positions to strengthen.

As a result, in came right-back Stephan Lichtsteiner to provide some stability in defence after seven seasons with Juventus in which he won seven Serie A titles.

Bournemouth’s first signing of the summer, David Brooks joined on July 1 from Sheffield United after the Cherries fought off reported interest from Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool.

The 20-year-old played 37 times for Sheffield United and was part of England’s winning squad at last year’s Toulon Tournament, scoring in the final, before switching allegiance and represented Wales at senior level.

Florin Andone

From: Deportivo La Coruna

To: Brighton and Hove Albion

Fee: £5.25m

Brighton’s first senior signing of the summer, Florin Andone joins the club looking to improve on a sub-standard final season with Deportivo.

The Romanian made just 16 starts in La Liga, scoring just six goals as Deportivo were relegated from the Spanish top flight.

Leon Balogun

From: Mainz

To: Brighton and Hove Albion

Fee: Free

With manager Chris Hughton looking to build on his defence as Brighton begin a second season in the Premier League, Nigerian centre-back Leon Balogun was brought in from German side Mainz.

The 30-year-old played just 14 times for Mainz last season as he dealt with injury problems, but this did not quash Brighton’s interest nor stop Balogun from represented Nigeria at the World Cup in Russia.

Jason Steele

From: Sunderland

To: Brighton and Hove Albion

Fee: Free

Mathew Ryan impressed a lot for Brighton last term but the club were lacking in a good back-up goalkeeper with Tim Krul like to leave at some point in the summer.

As a result, the club brought in Jason Steele from Sunderland on a free transfer. Last season for the Black Cats, Steele made 18 appearances as they were relegated to League One.

Back in the Premier League, Cardiff wasted little time in making Josh Murphy their first signing of the summer.

The winger came through the Norwich academy and made 108 appearances for the Canaries, with 47 coming last season. Murphy also scored 11 goals in all competitions last term, including four in the FA Cup.

Bobby Reid

From: Brighton City

To: Cardiff City

Next in for Cardiff came Bobby Reid from Bristol City following a good season at Ashton Gate.

The 25-year-old scored 19 goals in 46 league games last term and was named in the Championship team of the year, which also attracted interest from West Bromwich Albion and Derby County.

Alex Smithies

From: Queens Park Rangers

To: Cardiff City

Fee: £3.5m

Looking to improve on their last spell in the Premier League which spread just one season, Cardiff also brought in goalkeeper Alex Smithies on a three-year deal from QPR.

The 28-year-old made 108 appearances for QPR after joining from Huddersfield in 2015, and will contest to be Cardiff’s number one this season.

Greg Cunningham

From: Preston North End

To: Cardiff City

Fee: £3.5m

Cardiff’s arrival in the Premier League also saw them able to bring in Greg Cunningham from Preston North End, having chased the defender last summer.

Cunningham made 103 league appearances for Preseton in his three-year spell at the club, but had just a year left on his contract allowing Cardiff to move in for him.

Vicente Guaita

From: Getafe

To: Crystal Palace

After struggling to confirm a number one goalkeeper last season, Crystal Palace signed Vicente Guaita from Getafe on a three-year deal.

The 31-year-old kept 12 clean sheets in 34 games in La Liga last season and was instrumental in helping Jose Bordalas’ side to a superb eight-placed finish, their highest-ever in Spain’s top flight.

Terence Kongolo

Initially joining the club on loan in January from Monaco, Huddersfield made Terence Kongolo’s move permanent in the summer after an impressive spell.

Playing on the left side of defence, either at left-back or as part of a back three, Kongolo was a key member of the Huddersfield side which fought off relegation a confirmed a second consecutive Premier League season.

Ramadan Sobhi

From: Stoke City

To: Huddersfield Town

Fee: £5.7m

Not content on sticking with their current squad, Huddersfield also brought in Ramadan Sobhi from relegated Stoke City.

The winger had a frustrating spell at the Bet365 Stadium last year, starting just 12 of his 24 Premier League appearances and scoring twice as Stoke dropped to the Championship.

Florent Hadergjonaj

From: Ingolstadt

To: Huddersfield Town

Another loan move made permanent, Florent Hadergjonaj’s transfer was confirmed in March after a good initial spell from Ingolstadt.

The right-back played 27 times for Huddersfield in all competitions last season, forming part of the defence which kept them up in the Premier League.

Juninho Bacuna

Huddersfield also brought in Dutch central midfielder Juninho Bacuna from Eredivisie side Groningen on a three-year deal.

Having come up through the club’s academy, Bacuna – younger brother of ex-Aston Villa man Leandro – scored two goals in 82 league appearances for Groningen.

Jonas Lossl

From: Mainz

To: Huddersfield Town

Arguably Huddersfield’s best loanee last season, Jonas Lossl’s saves were key to helping the club fight off relegation from the Premier League.

Playing all 38 games, Lossl made 101 saves in the Premier League, at an average of 2.7 per 90 minutes and earned him a permanent move which was confirmed in March.

Ben Hamer

From: Leicester City

To: Huddersfield Town

Despite Jonas Lossl’s good campaign, Huddersfield signed Ben Hamer on a free transfer from Premier League rivals Leicester City to boost their squad.

The 30-year-old made only 12 league appearances in four seasons with Leicester but will provide back up for Lossl next term as Huddersfield look to build on their debut Premier League campaign.

James Maddison

From: Norwich City

To: Leicester City

Fee: £22m

Off the back of an impressive season with Norwich City, James Maddison was bought by Leicester City in a deal reportedly worth £22m, with the Foxes fighting off interest from the likes of Southampton and Everton.

Last season, Maddison scored 14 goals in the Championship and was named in the PFA’s Team of the Year. the 21-year-old also netted in the League Cup once.

Ricardo Pereira

From: Porto

To: Leicester City

Leicester also brought in defender Ricardo Pereira on a five-year deal from Portuguese champions Porto, brining a reunion with Claude Puel under whom he played while on loan at Nice.

The 24-year-old made 43 appearances for Porto last season, including seven in the Champions League, as the club won the Portuguese league title for the 28th time.

Jonny Evans

From: West Bromwich Albion

To: Leicester City

Fee: £3.5m

Regarded as one of the steals of the summer, Leicester City signed Jonny Evans from relegated West Brom for just £3.5m.

In January, the Northern Irishman was being tipped with a move to the likes of Manchester City and Arsenal for upwards of £25m before Leicester swooped in this summer utilised a relegation clause in his contract.

Naby Keita

From: RB Leipzig

To: Liverpool

Fee: £48m

While the deal for Naby Keita was officially done last summer, the Guinean midfielder officially became a Liverpool player this summer and was handed the number 8 jersey.

In his final season at RB Leipzig, Keita played 39 times in all competitions, scoring nine goals and recording a further seven assists.

Fabinho

From: Monaco

To: Liverpool

Fee: £43.7m

Joining Keita at Liverpool is Brazilian Fabinho, whom Liverpool made their first signing of summer.

Making a name for himself at Monaco, Fabinho played 225 times for the French club scoring 29 goals and will be a welcome replacement in midfield for Emre Can at Anfield.

Philippe Sandler

From: PEC Zwolle

To: Manchester City

Fee: £2.25m

Premier League champions Manchester City are yet to make a big-name signing this summer but a deal for Philippe Sandler from PEC Zwolle was made in the second half of last season.

The centre-back made 27 appearances for the Dutch club last season as they finished eighth in the Eredivisie, but it is uncertain what his immediate future at City will be.

Riyad Mahrez

Looking to right the wrongs of a trophy-less campaign last season, Manchester United brought midfielder Fred from Shakhtar Donetsk to strengthen their squad.

Joining Shakhtar in 2013, Fred won three league titles in Ukraine and was a regular feature in the Champions League including last season as the club reached the last-16.

Diogo Dalot

From: Porto

To: Manchester United

Fee: £19m

Described as the “best young full-back in Europe” by Jose Mourinho, Manchester United have also signed Diogo Dalot from Porto this summer.

A member of Porto’s academy, the 19-year-old has made just seven first-team appearances for the club but impressed in those games and has already represented Portugal at senior level.

Martin Dubravka

From: Sparta Prague

To: Newcastle United

Fee: £4m

After a successful loan spell that proved pivotal in Newcastle’s Premier League survival, Martin Dubravka has signed a four-year deal with the Magpies.

The Slovakian goalkeeper quickly became a fan favourite at St James’ Park, keeping four clean sheets in his 12 Premier League appearances and conceding only 11 goals to help Newcastle finish tenth in the table.

Ki Sung-yueng

From: Swansea City

To: Newcastle United

Fee: Free

With Swansea City relegated from the Premier League, some of their better players have had clubs circling to snap them up. One of those was Ki Sung-yueng, who Newcastle United made their own on a free transfer.

The South Korean’s contract was out at the Welsh club after, allowing Newcastle to sign him for free, and joining the list of players to have represented both the Magpies and their bitter rivals Sunderland.

Mohamed Elyounoussi

Looking to improve on a poor year last season, Southampton have signed attacking midfielder Mohamed Elyounoussi for a reported £16m from Basel.

The 23-year-old scored 23 goals in 83 games in his last two seasons for the Swiss side and is hoped to prove an adequate replacement for Dusan Tadic who left for Ajax in June.

Stuart Armstrong

Another midfielder joining Southampton this summer is Stuart Armstrong, who joined the club on a four-year deal from Celtic.

The 26-year-old made 144 appearance in three years for the Scottish champions, scoring 28 goals with 17 coming in his second season at the club.

Angus Gunn

Gerard Deulofeu

From: Barcelona

To: Watford

Fee: £11.5m

Having spent the second half of last season on loan at Watford, the Premier League club made Gerard Deulofeu’s move from Barcelona permanent in the summer.

Deulofeu played seven games and scored one goal while on loan at Vicarage Road last season, which came in a 4-1 win over Chelsea that also saw the Spaniard record an assist.

Marc Navarro

To: Watford

Another young Spaniard joining Watford this summer is defender Marc Navarro who signed a five-year deal from Espanyol.

Having come through the Barcelona youth ranks, Navarro joined Espanyol as an 16-year-old and would play 36 times for the Barcelona-based club before joining Watford.

Ben Wilmot

Watford completed the signing of the England Under-19 defender from League Two outfit Stevenage, signing the 18-year-old on a five-year contract as they prised the teenager away from the Boro amid interest from a host of Premier League clubs.

Stevenage received a club-record fee for the youngster, who featured across 15 matches last season, including 10 starts in the league as the club finished 16th.

Following the release of James Collins, West Ham replaced their ‘Ginger Pele’ with defender Issa Diop from Toulouse for a club-record fee.

Having come through Toulouse’ academy, Diop – a France Under-21 international -made his debut for the club in November 2015 and would make 95 appearances.

Lukasz Fabianski

Another of Swansea’s players to leave following their relegation, Lukasz Fabianski joined West Ham for £7m and is likely to become the club’s number one goalkeeper.

The Poland international spent four years at the Welsh club, playing 150 time and keeping 39 clean sheets in all competitions.

Ryan Fredericks

After being named in the Championship Team of the Year and playing a crucial part in Fulham’s promotion to the Premier League, right-back Fredericks decided against signing a new deal with the Londoners and has instead crossed the capital to join West Ham for nothing.

The former Tottenham defender, who has never made a Premier League appearance, was the Hammers’ first signing since Manuel Pellegrini took over as manager.

Afobe scored six goals in 17 games for Wolves last season, but joins Wolves permanent for the second spell having also played for them before signing for Bournemouth in 2016.

Diogo Jota

Part of a three-man deal which saw Wolves tie down loanees to permanent contracts, Diogo Jota joined the newly-promoted side from La Liga side Atletico Madrid.

Jota’s deal was confirmed in January having initially impressed in his loan spell, scoring 18 goals in 46 games for Wolves and making a name for himself for his long-range efforts.

Willy Boly

Part of a three-man deal which saw Wolves tie down loanees to permanent contracts, Willy Boly joined the newly-promoted side from Porto.

Boly initially relocated to Molineux from FC Porto last summer, ending a year-long association with the Portuguese giants, and the 27-year-old French centre-back would go on to play an instrumental role in their promotion with his efforts seeing him being named in the PFA Championship Team of the Year.

Leo Bonatini

To: Wolverhampton Wanderers

Another player on loan last season to see his deal made permanent is Leo Bonatini, who joins Wolves from Saudi Arabia club Al-Hilal.

Bonatini was the club’s second highest goalscorer last season at Molineux with 12 goals in 43 games as Wolves won the Championship title.

Raul Jimenez

Wolves have also signed Mexico forward Raul Jimenez on a season-long loan deal from Portuguese side Benfica.

Jimenez, 27, has scored 31 goals in 120 games for Benfica having joined the Portuguese side in 2015 and is currently part of Mexico’s World Cup squad, playing once so far.

Rui Patricio

Following the fiasco at Sporting which saw supporters break into the club’s headquarters and physically assault players and staff in May, Rui Patricio ended his contract.

Joining Wolves on a four-year deal, Patricio had been at the Portuguese club since the age of 12, making 460 appearances, including 26 in the Champions League.

Ruben Vinagre

From: Monaco

To: Wolverhampton Wanderers

Signed at the same time as Bonatini, Ruben Vinagre earned himself a permanent deal at Wolves following a good loan spell from Monaco.

Just 19, Vinagre is a hugely exciting prospect, and it is believed Wolves are looking to help the youngster develop under Nuno Espirito Santo.
