Kakamega Homeboyz defender leaves club

Former Tusker Fc captain James Situma has quit new club Kakamega Homeboyz after just six months. The experienced defender becomes the second major departure after the team’s coach Mike Mururi also left for Vihiga United.

Situma’s exit was confirmed by the Club through a post on it’s social media platform. ‘Bye Bye veteran defender James Situma. Thanks for your service at the club, we wish you all the best in your future endeavors, read the post. It is still not clear where Situma who has also featured for City Stars and AFC Leopards will be heading.

Kakamega Homeboyz are currently 9th on the log with 24 points and haveĀ  replaced Mururi with Ugandan and former Tusker coach Paul Nkata.
