Salah rejects his religious tradition ahead of the Champions League

As we all know it is Islam holy month and are known to be keen in their religious tradition including fasting during this holy month.Well,Liverpool’s  Mohamed Salah is no exception as he  intends to stick with this religious tradition even as he approachthe Champions League final showdown with Real Madrid.

The 25-year-old has been in inspired form for the Reds during his maiden campaign on Merseyside to earn a clean sweep of individual accolades.

The 25 year old  Liverpool forward  has had to adapt his diet in the days leading up to Saturday’s clash in Kiev, however, as Egyptian newspaper Al Masry al Youm reports that the devout Muslim has rejected the idea of breaking the fast.

Ramadan started on May 17 and lasts for 28 or 29 days, preventing Salah from drinking, eating, smoking and having sex, among other things, until the sun goes down.

The same report claims that the Egyptian’s family will slaughter three calves to bless him ahead of the final.
