AFC Leopards vows not repeat past transfer mistakes

AFC Leopards Chairman Dan Mule has revealed that they will not repeat mistakes of signing many players during the transfer window.

The local transfer window will swing open on second June and the Chairman has revealed that the side will only sign a maximum of six. He says the areas that need to be strengthened include the central defence, the striking department, the midfield and they are set to bring two players in each of the roles.

“We will sign a maximum of six players. We need two central defenders, two strikers and one or two midfielders depending on availability of quality players. We do not want to repeat the mistakes we’ve made in the past by signing many players. The coach has identified areas he wants strengthening and that’s what we are going to do, ” Mule told Futaa.

AFC Leopards will be hoping to get quality player to help them push for the league title.
