Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla could join Mikel Arteta coaching staff if the latter takes over as the Gunners Manager, the Sun reports.
Arteta, currently an assistant at Manchester City is reportedly set to return to Emirates as Arsene Wenger’s replacement. Wenger left behind Steve Bold and Jens Lehman as assistant coaches but Arteta might opt to have his own staff.
Long-term injury
Cazorla who has been out for close to two seasons following a long-term injury has been linked with a place in Arteta’s staff as the two are great friends.
The 33-year-old joined Arsenal in 2012, he has won the FA Cup and the Community Shield twice with the North Londoners.
