The Higher Education Loans Board will run the 100%waiver on all penalties till the end of June 2018.
This is targeted at encouraging defaulters to pay up their loans in good time and avoid the hefty penalties that are normally imposed for non-payment of the education fund.
Even gospel DJ Mo was not left behind in urging people to pay up and had eve had some tips of how you can get it done.
