A Chief Inspector of Police is in police care over the passing of an understudy inside a bar in Kisumu. The expired, who was an understudy at Kenya College of Accountancy (KCA) Kisumu grounds, was supposedly shot on the chest utilizing a Cesca gun.
Nyanza Regional Police Boss Leornard Katana has affirmed that the officer was captured on Friday and examinations propelled into the episode.
