EALA MP Simon Mbugua charged with robbery with violence

EALA MP Simon Mbugua has been charged with robbery with violence after he was linked to the assault on Timothy Muriuki.

The former Nairobi Central Business District Association chairman was roughed up by what was believed to be hired goons on April 30th in an incident captured on camera.

The five thereafter slipped into hiding with Police failing to bring them to book despite their photos doing rounds on social media showing one of the men apparently at a wedding with Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko.

The Police have already placed a Kshs 500,000 bounty on each of the five suspects.
