Contrary to reports making the rounds on Social media earlier today, Real Madrid are yet to make any bid for French World Cup winning sensation Kylian Mbappe. PSG are yet to receive nor acknowledge any bid for the attacker, Mbappe remains a top transfer target for the Los Blancos as they continue the search for the next Galactico.
Kylian Mbappe is enjoying a quite ridiculous season with Paris Saint-Germain in 2018/19. After lighting up the World Cup with France in the summer, the 20-year-old has been finding the back of the net with almost freakish regularity.
Were it not for the ridiculous form of Lionel Messi, Mbappe would be the frontrunner for the coveted European Golden Shoe. In Ligue 1, Mbappe has 26 goals and six assists in just 23 games.

However, there are constant reports linking the Frenchman with a move away from Paris, with Real Madrid the main destination touted.
Los Blancos are in desperate need of some ‘Galactico’ signings to try and bridge the domestic gap to eternal rivals Barcelona.
And there is no player better to bring in right now than Mbappe, given his age and the fact he’s already one of the top 10 players in world football.
A report today from France Football stated that Los Blancos were prepared to shatter the world-record transfer fee and bid €280m for Mbappe in the summer.
Real Madrid are set to make an opening €280m offer to PSG for Kylian Mbappé, according to France Football’s reliable reporter Thierry Marchand. More follows.6597:08 PM – Mar 25, 2019Twitter Ads info and privacy287 people are talking about this
However, Marca have now declared that Real have no interest in the player as of yet and have not even spoke to Mbappe or his representatives.
Los Blancos wish to preserve their close relationship with the French champions and are instead focusing more on bringing in Sadio Mane from Liverpool.
Zidane is a known fan of the Senegalese winger and he would cost a significant amount less than Mbappe on the current market.
There is also the prospect of bringing in Eden Hazard from Chelsea, with the Belgian soon entering the final year of his contract with the Blues.
Mane and Hazard certainly represent realistic goals for Zidane to improve his team and would probably allow the manager to invest in other key areas as well.
