Deputy President William Ruto is under online siege after he sent out a congratulatory message to Iron Fist Fatuma Zarika for her win against Catherine Phiri of Zambia.
Zarika won after a 3-0 unanimous decision following the fight that was hosted at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre in Nairobi.
In the tweet, the DP said that the country enjoyed Zarika’s tactical prowess throughout the fight.

A section of Kenyans however, cast doubt on DP Ruto’s tweet with some claiming that he did not even watch the fight.
