Barely a week ago, the tenure of former Inspector General Joseph Boinnet came to an end with President Uhuru Kenyatta nominating Hilary Mutyambai to replace him. But the new IG designate has not taken over as he passes through the vetting process.

With this vacuum in place, rogue police bosses are taking advantage to unleash war and terror on individuals and businesses in a bid to extort money to supplement their greed and vanities.

We recently covered a story where Muranga County DCIO Julius Rutere who was bribed by a family member in-order to evict the last born son from their home in Makuyu.

On the spot today is Nairobi County Commandant Philip Ndolo, who was only appointed in this position two months ago. For those who may not know, Ndolo was demoted from the plum posting of the Kenya Airport’s Unit Police, after the Miguna Miguna debacle which saw the freedom fighter frog-marched by a continent of GSU officers.

Philip Ndolo has now transferred his wayward tactics to Nairobi City, which is the hub for business and entertainment in the region. Last night, he ordered an illegal raid on Blend Mombasa Road where innocent patrons were huddled onto police trucks and ferried round Nairobi Police Stations before eventually being jailed at Central Police.

But who exactly is Philip Ndolo? For starters, he is the brother to former police reservist Lucas Ndolo, who is the man who shot and executed former Kiambu County Tycoon Charles Karanja, the proprietor of Ndanga Hotel in the year 2000. Lucas has since fled and lives in South Sudan.

Ndolo has now teamed up with some vested interests including competitors of Blend Nairobi, to stage one of the most horrific raids ever conducted on peace-loving Kenyans, under the guise of “cracking down on Shisha.”

So has Shisha become a terror-like vice? Why send armed police to arrest Shisha smokers? Where are these same police bastards when Kenyans are being attacked by real terrorists and gangsters? Why is force only visible whenever money is involved? These are some of the questions we should be asking ourselves.

The patrons were first driven to Langata Police Station who refused to book them. Then they were driven to Kamukunji who still refused to book them due to the illegality and nature of “crime” . They were finally locked up at Central Police Station. As at now, there is no complainant who has shown up at the County court-house after images and videos of the illegal raid went viral.

Do these Police bastards know the long term effect of their stupidity and dented image of the city’s prospects of being a business and entertainment hub?

Patrons of Blend are now standing in solidarity with the management and calling on others to turn up and show the police the collective middle finger. Because who the fuck do these gun-toting bastards think they are? Those guns are tax-payer funded. They’re not your personal property you pieces of shit!

Young people won’t accept any more indifference from the system. We won’t be cannon fodder in the war of attrition being waged on us by moronic old bastards occupying high office. You old men are more useless than blind sheep. I don’t know what happens when people get past 50. Stupidity becomes their way of life.

If you silly D(minus) policemen are jealous to see young Kenyans living it up, blame your stupidity for being so dumb in school that you ended up doing those shit jobs of raiding bars. I can’t believe that these are the same police bastards we are always fighting for their rights and better remuneration.
