AFC Leopards sign two players ahead of Western Stima showdown

BREAKING: AFC Leopards signs Sofapaka defender, Ugandan winger

Kenyan Premier League side AFC Leopards has completed the signing of Rwandese Soter Kayumba and Ugandan Ivan Sekazza.

Ingwe announced the capture of the duo through the club’s social accounts. Kayumba has signed for Leopards from rivals Sofapaka until the end of the season while Sekazza has penned a one year deal from  Mwadui FC. 

Kayumba joins the den just after Batoto ba Mungu defeated AFC Leopards in the last Kenya Premier League match at Bukhungu. Sofapaka dented resurgence of Ingwe with a 1-0 win after Ingwe had recorded two consecutive wins over Tusker and Sony Sugar. 

The duo is expected to strengthen Leopards defence and striking departments as they try to get themselves out of the relegation mud. They sit 17th on the log with 16 points four more that bottom-placed Mount Kenya United. Ingwe will be up against Western Stima on March 23rd at Kenyatta Stadium.
