According to the ailing woman, she had processed all documents needed for her to be on board a flight but the airline still declared her as not fit to fly. she had to watch the plane take off.

On Sunday, March 17, accompanied by her sister, she had boarded the plane, but as they waited to be allocated a seat with bigger legroom, they were ordered to disembark.
Ndumia said it was the second time she was being kicked out of a flight adding that the first time it happened, the airline did not refund her money.
