‘Pombe Yaponya!’ Pastor gives beer to young congregants in a bid to heal them

Residents of Kwa Zulu Natal (KZN), South Africa, are up in arms after a local pastor decided to offer beer to children as a healing portion. The pastor, Mthobisi Khuzwayo, was accused of engaging in dubious activities and taking advantage of the innocent souls just to promote a bizarre agenda.

According to Sunday World, the preacher claimed the liquor has healing properties that can wipe away diseases.

the chap asked pupils dressed in school uniform to line up and wait their turn at receiving the ‘healing’ beer.

The 25-year-old is also known as Apostle Anasinyego who was speaking in tongues the whole time also claimed he had the power to convert beer into the blood of Jesus. It was reported the self-proclaimed apostle’s house and church are in proximity to a drinking den where he could be getting his liquor.
