The huge number of Kenyans who had turned up at the DCI were met with a twist of event after police lobbed teargas canisters to disperse them.

The Ekeza Sacco members had blocked the Kiambu road in protest after they indicated that the DCI had not put measures into place on how to handle the large number of people who showed up.

The DCI had informed the members of the Gakuyo Real Estate, Ekeza Sacco and Gakuyo Investment Club to carry documents that supported their claims of the dealings.
