Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen is on the spot again after sharing an ICT project launched by Deputy President William Ruto.
Kenyans shared their disbelief as they water down efforts of DP Ruto launching ‘modern’ ICT center.
According to Murkomen, the ICT center, was launched by William Ruto with no new computers but only a room with ‘1990’ computers.
What shocked Kenyans the most was the fact that DP Ruto launched a project at the same time it was a fundraiser which raised Ksh 18 million.
Kipchumba Murkomen is nicknamed Ruto’s ‘erand boy’ as he side by the Deputy President whatsoever.
