Our dear William Samoei Ruto, the Deputy President of the republic of Kenya is always under fire in what he does, some may be innocent and some damn right truthful. We are used to the political theatrics of leaders opening the most mediocre, substandard of projects with some even launching cows and what Ruto did was utterly disgraceful.
A whole Deputy President, who knows what computers which are not from the old ages look like is busy touring and even launching and having his name written to be part of the said project he launched.
