Bahati’s fiancée Diana Marua went through a tough phase a couple weeks ago after being accused of being the reason behind EMB record downfall.
Marua had been accused by Weezdom who was once an artist signed under Bahati’s record label.
Weezdom spilled the beans saying that things we going on well until Diana came into the picture.
He also mentioned that at some point, Diana made sure that Weezdom was pushed to the wall and had to leave.
Apart from Weezdom,Mr Seed and Ringtone Apoko also publicly mentioned about the incident where Bahati called cops on Mr Seed’s fiancee who was then pregnant.
This revelation sparked outrage online as some called out Diana Marua for being an ‘evil woman’
How did she deal with all this hate?
Speaking to Mseto East Africa, Bahati says that Diana did not care about the hate with the knowledge of the role she has in the society.
Although she was not impressed by how some of the artists spoke about her, Bahati says that she realizes that being a public figure, such incidents are bound to happen.
Bahati also added that despite the hate and controversy, her brand has also grown and she is currently a brand ambassador after she signed deals with two companies.
