Residents of Starehe Constituency are a disturbed lot all thanks to their member of Parliament Charles Njagua aka Jaguar.
The young member of Parliament has apparently gone missing and his constituents can no longer reach him.
The residents decried the poor state of the roads but when asked if the area MP who is Jaguar was aware of anything, they said they have tried to look for him all to no avail.
Boniface Mwangi, a man who contested for the Starehe Constituency Parliamentary seat back in 2017 was quick to remind the Starehe residents where they could get their beloved MP.
According to Mr. Mwangi, Jaguar was somewhere in a club performing as his people suffered due to poor service delivery.
Boniface further told the Starehe residents sacarstically that if they did not find him in a Club, they could check him out on Youtube and watch his music.
“Ako kwa night clubs aki-perform, if they can’t access the clubs, they can watch his music on youtube,” Said Boniface Mwangi.
Well, Jaguar being a performing artiste, Boniface Mwangi could as well be right.
