Failing transfer strategy

Chelsea’s success in the early part of Roman Abramovic’s reign coincided with the club buying ready made stars who would quickly slot into the team and deliver immediately. Chelsea need a review of their transfer plans if they are to remain relevant in the English title race next season. That is however still in doubt as they have been banned from signing players in the next two windows!
