See How Liverpool Player Gives Guardiola a Superb But Rude Response After Beating Bayern

James Milner is class, isn’t he?!

He might not play in our best side every week – but very often in big games – he puts in tireless, tactically sound performances.

Against Bayern Munich on Wednesday evening, our most senior first-teamer did exactly that – helping Liverpool down the Germans 3-1 on their own patch to get us into the Champions League quarterfinals.

Pep Guardiola, Manchester City’s manager, had previously said he wanted his former club Bayern to qualify – but Milner’s response to those quotes was superb!

“That’s unlucky for him isn’t it? Whether teams take notice is not really for us to worry about – but they take notice after they have played us and we have put them out,” he told Carl Markham.

Not wrong, is he?!

The Champions League draw is at 11am this morning, so by lunchtime, we’ll have found out who we’re going to face in the next round.

There’s undeniably some good sides left in the draw, but they’ll be more scared of us than we are of them – and so they should be.

Jurgen Klopp has never lost a two-legged European tie with Liverpool.
