Embakasi East MP Hon Paul Ongili alias Babu Owino is mourning the sudden death of his friend former University Of Nairobi student leader who was brutally murdered.
It is reported that Samuel Ragira met his death shortly after exposing goons who were terrorizing traders at Klub 36 along State house road.
Babu Owino has strongly condemned the killing of his former comrade.
