When it comes to exercising men are more at it than women. You will see the results, muscles will bulge out but one thing many do not know is that they will have detrimental effects their mujulubeng as well as the nuts.

Dr Richard Honaker, chief medical officer at Your Doctors Online, has warned that exercising makes men’s mujulubeng’ smaller, as well as their testicles .

Speaking to Fatherly , he explained: “It all has to do with blood flow.

“When working out, the body sends blood to the muscles and joints, thus reducing the amount to the p**** and scrotum.”

Dr Honaker added that there’s ‘nothing to do to prevent it. Thankfully, the change is only temporary, and is usually nothing to worry about.

However, you shouldn’t take the news as an opportunity to ditch the gym, according to Dr Honaker.

He added: “It is more important to exercise regularly than to worry about a temporary loss of p**** size.”
